Attach a strategy later

A purps.lol coin launched with the airdrop or split preset can have a strategy attached afterwards. POST /coins/{mint}/strategy/prepare with config, sign, then POST /coins/{mint}/strategy/submit with the identical config, ts and signature. A creator-preset launch cannot: its fee vault is owned by your wallet on chain and the strategy could never claim from it.
